As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spectrum of Hope you will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to meet our growing clinical needs. You will partner closely with clinical leaders and HR to ensure a seamless and strategic hiring process that supports our mission and values.

• Source attract and engage qualified RBT candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and partnerships with educational institutions.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interview scheduling with clinical hiring managers and guide candidates through the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide timely communication with all stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience recruiting RBTs BCBA staff or clinical professionals is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with RBT certification requirements and ABA therapy field is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in ATS software and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.).

• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
