Compensation: $65000 $83000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Be the voice and brand ambassador for a leading regional healthcare provider recognized for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. We are looking for an energetic relationship-focused Recruiter to drive full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategies engage top-tier talent and partner with operational leaders to build exceptional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines from active sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding prep.
- Partner directly with department leaders to understand hiring needs develop tailored sourcing strategies and run candidate debriefs.
- Execute proactive direct sourcing methods via professional networks social media cold outreach and talent pooling.
- Track and optimize key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill turnover trends and pipeline conversion rates.
- Represent the organization at hiring events and drive initiatives that elevate both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a healthcare environment strongly preferred; OR 5 years of full-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience across other industries.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record with direct sourcing candidate engagement and modern networking techniques.
- Education: Bachelors degree in HR Business or related discipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional relationship-building stakeholder management and consultative skills.
