This role combines strategic planning with hands-on development expertise to deliver innovative solutions for our government clients. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions on a development responsibilities include:Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical standardsLead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teamsDevelop complex customizations using Apex Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologiesCreate and maintain technical documentation including solution design documentsEstablish best practices for development security and performance optimizationMentor junior developers and provide technical oversight of deliverablesEvaluate new Salesforce features and technologies for potential implementationCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutionsManage integration with external systems and third-party applicationsEducation and Experience Required:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field6 years of Salesforce development experienceSalesforce Platform Developer II certificationTableau Desktop Foundation certificationRequired Skills and Competencies:Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitationsAdvanced expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components and Visualforce developmentStrong understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing architectureExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practicesProven experience using Tableau software with Salesforce reportingProven experience designing large-scale Salesforce implementationsStrong knowledge of API integration patterns and middleware solutionsExperience with data migration and ETL toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesExperience with Agile development methodologiesSecurity Requirement:Ability to obtain public trust clearanceDesired Skills and Competencies:Experience with government IT projectsKnowledge of FedRAMP compliance requirementsExperience with MuleSoft or other integration platformsAdditional certifications in Salesforce specialty cloudsExperience with AI/ML implementation in SalesforceExperience with GearSetExperience with GitHubKnowledge of DevSecOps practicesExperience with change management in enterprise environmentsOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
