Our Client a Health Insurance company is looking for a System/UAT Tester MARx/IKA for their Detroit MI/Hybrid location.

- Responsible for system and UAT testing within the IKA system.
- This position is responsible for managing system releases and ensuring that functionality is in line with CMS guidelines along ensuring resolution to system defects.
- This position also includes developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products programs and service to our customers.
Requirements:
- Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment
- CMS Guidelines
- MARx and IKA experience
- Required Skills/Experience:

- Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment
- CMS Guidelines
- MARx experience
- Data Analysis
- Ability to provide support to internal and external customers
- Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines Chapter 2
- Knowledge of CMS thresholds and compliance timeliness for discrepancy resolution
- Knowledge system and UAT testing
- Process improvement exp (Six Sigma etc).
- Education/Certifications Include:
- High School Diploma Required
- 4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage field
- Bachelors degree Preferred
