Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Systems Engineering (SE) role is responsible for delivering operational sustainment engineering execution and platform support services across applications infrastructure and platforms. Operating within a client-directed model the role executes technical activities aligned with client standards to ensure system stability availability and continuous improvement in a 24x7 global environment.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute operational tasks and troubleshooting (Tier 2/3 incident response) across cloud container virtualization operating system and platform layers.
Perform system and platform patching activities including coordination scheduling execution and post-patch validation.
Support monitoring alert response log validation and overall operational health management.
Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation scripting and CI/CD pipeline execution and optimization.
Support deployments releases upgrades uplifts and modernization initiatives using approved tools.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support global operations and maintain technical documentation runbooks and procedures.
