40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Systems Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in La Crosse WI.
Were looking for someone who can build strong relationships move quickly and keep candidates and hiring leaders informed throughout the process. The right person is organized proactive and comfortable balancing multiple openings while bringing a thoughtful people-first approach to recruiting at Emplify Health.
What Youll Do
- Function as a high-level recruiter able to deliver on all areas of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding; supporting system-wide openings across all levels Including associate staff nursing leadership and support staff based on organizational needs and recruitment leadership direction.
- Implement specialized recruitment strategies to attract hire and retain top notch talent
- Assist in negotiating employment offers with candidates including providing salary information benefits and other incentives

What Youll Need:
- 5-7 years of recruitment professional sales marketing customer service or related experience. A working knowledge of employment law with an aptitude for project management and public speaking required
- Bachelors degree in related field
- RACR Certification Desired
