ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Systems Engineer on the Tactical Reconnaissance Systems (TRS) team you will be the critical bridge between subsystems ensuring hardware and software performance reliability and integration meet our aggressive program goals. This role goes beyond traditional requirements managementyoull drive cross-functional problem-solving build predictive models define test strategies and ensure we deliver reliable systems to the field without costly rework.
This position offers a clear pathway toward Chief Engineering leadership. Youll develop program management skills while maintaining deep technical engagement learning to balance system-level thinking with hands-on execution. Success means our vehicles perform reliably in the field our testing is scientific and predictive and we never ship hardware that requires customer-site rework.
We need engineers who are tired of requirements documents that dont solve problems and want to roll up their sleeves to define what good looks like across mechanical electrical software and test disciplines.
