What You Will Do:

• Work closely with a highly motivated and dedicated team of professionals supporting Datalinks product development efforts helping to provide security enabled solutions to our channel facing partners.
• Participate in the systems development lifecycle including trade study execution system design requirements definition requirements allocation requirement traceability systems integration verification testing and qualification.
• Collaborate across many engineering disciplines to execute program milestones

• Start the process of obtaining a US DoD Secret Clearance.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Strong Preference for current DoD Secret Clearance.
• Familiarity with comm engineering architectures (e.g: general radio transceiver architectures/designs basic radio functional component blocks performance specifications and test methodologies)
• Strong communication and leadership skills experience presenting technical data
• Experience with Python scripting test automation

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
