What You Will Do:

• Support systems requirement development and analysis.
• Support activities in our labs and document requirement verifications.
• Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations including the use of analysis tools such as MATLAB Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing Bachelors or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering or Aerospace Engineering degree program or STEM major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Academic or internship experience that included hands-on testing of electronic equipment
• Exposure to troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting or as part of a hobby
• Exposure to data analysis using tools such as MATLAB and/or C

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience or coursework in Systems Engineering
• Extracurricular involvement in school groups/clubs and/or the community
• 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
• Basic understanding on how radar systems are developed and function
• Understanding of radar modes and operation such as air/air detection air/ground detection and ground mapping capabilities

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process candidates may be asked to attendselect steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
