Core One is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet operational and security requirements.
• Develop and document system requirements workflows and technical specifications.
• Provide recommendations for system enhancements upgrades and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and implementation efforts.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex system issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations security policies and best practices.
• Generate reports and provide technical briefings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance
• An Associates degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience
• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associates degree)
• A Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelors)
• A Doctorate in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Masters and a Bachelors)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis IT infrastructure or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of system lifecycle processes data analysis and IT security principles.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems databases and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
