Anticipated Salary Range:$107643.00-$145000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the roles location expectations and responsibilities. When extending an offer Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration which include but are not limited to the roles function internal equity and a candidates education or training work experience certifications and key skills. Occasionally positions/roles may include additional non-recurrent compensation and will be addressed by the recruiter during the interview process.
Enlighten is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to directly support the full spectrum of Product Management operations and assist in our growth strategy with special emphasis on the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Work is performed in a hybrid environment with some onsite work 2-3 days a week at customer site as well as occasional travel (e.g. twice per year) as necessary.

- Integrates directly into the customers daily operations as directed by the Product Manager.
- Works closely with the product team to master the mission space and customer organization; understands the customers data holdings and business needs.
- Fosters and strengthens existing customer relationships and works to develop new ones.
- Works closely with product management application development and engineering teams to ensure delivery tracks with customer targets and timelines.
- Validates reported issues and provides resolutions on the spot or escalates to the software development team; tracks/reports required fixes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs data analysis to support reporting heighten business acumen and enhance mission-focused decision-making.
- Interprets complex datasets and translates findings into key/actionable insights.
- Leverages a working knowledge of common data formats (e.g. CSV JSON and XML) and query languages (e.g. SQL) to utilize data within analytical workflows.
- Structures and prepares datasets for reporting and analysis including data transformation validation and organization to support repeatable analytics workflows.
- Prepares a variety of analytical products reports charts to provide key business insights for designated customer leaders and managers as directed by the Product Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Security Clearance: A current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance is required with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.
- 5 years relevant experience with a B.A. or B.S. in Business a technical field or related; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in analytical problem solving: demonstrated ability to combine business intelligence data analysis and emerging AI capabilities to deliver insights that support customer objectives.
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern BI platforms to design and develop visualizations dashboards and charts that communicate key metrics and trends.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g. query assistants chatbots and other AI-enabled productivity tools) to accelerate analysis documentation and development workflows.
- Strong experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to work at a customer site 2-3 days a week in Hanover MD. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
- Top Secret level clearance is desirable.
- DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications may be required in this position as directed by the customer.
- Exposure to data science tooling environments and workflows is a plus.
