Job Summary
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade MD. This position under general supervision assists users with government databases software and systems. You will also support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues. Candidates will be required to work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am 4:00pm.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
US Citizen with an Active TS/SCI Fullscope poly.
IAT Level I (A-CE NetworkCE SSCP CCNA-Security)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (2 years)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Desired:
IAT Level I (A-CE NetworkCE SSCP CCNA-Security) and IAT Level II (GSEC SecurityCE)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (5 years)
Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years)
