Job Summary
Job Title: IT Systems AdministratorJob Summary:Sealaska is seeking a Systems Administrator to support offices in California. The Systems Administrator assists in the management and implementation of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions and assure their high availability. Participates in the selection planning design implementation documentation monitoring maintenance optimization and support of Windows server and cloud server technologies across several companies. Is responsible for disaster recovery technologies across the organization. Analyzes and resolves hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Provide end user or technical staff training where required. Provide end user support. Research and recommends new technologies that will enhance production platforms in the areas of high availability business continuity and is a hybrid role and can be located in northern or southern with the IT Manager to assess near and long-term technology with systems design and capacity with the development implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures for disaster research on emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems maintain and deploy cloud server with vendors outsourcers and contractors to secure systems products and new and existing equipment hardware and software Entra Directory end users group accounts permissions and access server and data backup systems in compliance with disaster recovery servers including database file and backup servers and their associated operating systems and and maintain the cloud server and storage and test performance providing performance statistics and reports as ServiceDesk duties as required with support for desktops laptops mobile devices printers and other end-user computer platformsOther duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Personable easy to work with and technical knowledge of AWS or Azure experience with Intune Autopilot of various SaaS SharePoint knowledge (ability to migrate it to )Working technical knowledge of Windows client and Server -on software and hardware troubleshooting to travel: 20%.Strong interpersonal and oral communications to conduct research into software issues and products as required. to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly self-motivated and directed. <
