Job Summary
Role: System Test Engineer
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: Columbus Indiana
Type: Contract
Rate: $40 to $45/hr

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Experience in designing developing and validating Requirement Based Testing System Integration Testing Functional Testing End to End Validation and Fault Injection Testing.
Experience of Automotive communication using CAN J1939 OBD and UDS protocols
Experience in Test Automation using CAPL Scripting NI TestStand Python and Automation Framework development
Experience in coordination and collaborate with cross-functional teams like system integration team and software team.
Expertise in tools like Vector CANoe/CANape HIL RV&S Gitlab and OEM calibration tools
Experience in MIL/SIL testing
AUTOSAR application development would be an added advantage
Require Battery Management System Domain knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze System Requirements Functional Requirements Safety Requirements and Customer Specifications
Review Client architecture interface specifications and diagnostic requirements.
Identify testable requirements and define verification strategies.
Create System Test Plans Test Specifications Test Procedures and Test Schedules.
Develop system-level test cases for Client functionalities
Configure and maintain test benches and HIL environments
Configure communication networks such as CAN CAN FD LIN and Ethernet
Establish requirement traceability between requirements and test cases
Identify document and track defects using JIRA ALM or RV&S
Collaborate with software hardware and system engineers to resolve issues
Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using dSPACE NI teststand or equivalent platforms
Perform fault injection and safety mechanism validation
Deliver as per defined Change Request and Configuration Management process and adhere to ASPICE standards
