System Engineer Performance – II

• Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.
• Representing the team for feature related projects new node integration and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.
• Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
• Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
• Reporting issues to appropriate engineers.
• Resolving customer service issues assisting in implementing solutions and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.

• 3 to 5 years.
