JOB DESCRIPTION
Working Model: 100% remote no preference on US timezone
Working Hours: Flexible 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Interview Process: Virtual with cameras on panel 1 round
These roles support the Mechanical Nuclear Island (MNI) systems engineering activities for the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor (SMR) design. Each role is embedding within the design team for the Nuclear Boiler System Isolation Condenser System or Control Rod Drive System.
The primary focus areas for the MNI team and the corresponding duties for these roles are:
1. Development/update of system design deliverables such as Process Flow Calculations/Diagrams Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Equipment/Piping lists etc.
2. Misc. procurement support and construction support activities as they arise.
3. Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations.
The roles may have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework while performing work within a collaborative team environment with daily accountability.
