Job Summary
Job Title: System Analyst 3
Location: Lansing MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 18 Months Contract
Required Experience (Must Have)-
3 years of Business Analyst experience

3 years of Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst experience
-
3 years of Azure DevOps or JIRA experience
-
3 years of experience creating Epics Features and User Stories
-
3 years of experience with As-Is and To-Be process analysis/documentation
-
3 years of experience creating Product Roadmaps
-
3 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
-
3 years of experience using Figma Visio or similar BA/QA tools
-
3 years of understanding BA QA and Development lifecycle processes
-
Gather analyze and document business requirements
-
Create user stories use cases process flows and acceptance criteria
-
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
-
Create test plans test scenarios and test cases
-
Perform Functional Integration Regression and UAT testing
-
Track and manage defects through resolution
-
Support Agile ceremonies and Azure DevOps activities
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders developers and project teams
-
Maintain project and testing documentation
-
Support system demonstrations and production validation
-
Candidates must have BOTH Business Analyst and QA experience
-
Local candidates only (within 1 hour of Lansing MI)

Hybrid role Onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday

First month requires onsite presence 5 days/week for onboarding
