Location : SalemOR 97301 (Hybrid)
Project Duration: 05 months contract
Pay Rate : $50 - $53 an hour on W2
Work Location
Hybrid. Remote work is permitted when appropriate; however the Contractor must be available to work onsite at ODA facilities in Salem Wilsonville or other agency locations as required.
Objective
Provide senior-level systems administration services to support planning implementation testing deployment documentation operational readiness and ongoing operations for ODAs technology environment during the engagement.

Provide senior-level systems administration services to support planning implementation testing deployment documentation operational readiness and ongoing operations for ODAs technology environment during the engagement.
Scope of Services
- Support the Data Center Modernization and Mac to Windows Transition projects.
- Administer Windows Server Active Directory MS Entra ID MS365 Azure DNS DHCP and related infrastructure.
- Support MS Intune Group Policy endpoint management Windows imaging workstation deployment and device lifecycle management.
- Assist with server migrations identity modernization domain consolidation and infrastructure modernization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation standard operating procedures and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in testing pilot deployments production implementations and troubleshooting.
- Provide Tier III technical support and assist with day-to-day operational systems administration activities as assigned.
- Coordinate with ODA staff project managers vendors and stakeholders.
- Perform other related systems administration duties necessary to support project and operational objectives
Contractor Responsibilities
- Perform services professionally and in accordance with ODA standards.
- Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Participate in project and operational meetings.
- Communicate risks issues and dependencies promptly.
- Follow all applicable security and confidentiality requirements.
