Role Description:

• Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions.

• Design and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP WMS OMS and planning tools (e.g. Relex Solutions).

• Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items locations vendors and hierarchies.

• Enable and support analytics and reporting (financial operational and performance metrics).

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain systems implementation and support engagements.

• In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes including:

  • Order management replenishment and allocation.

  • Pricing and promotion management.

  • Inventory lifecycle and forecasting.

• Experience with Relex Solutions MDM platforms and vendor collaboration tools.

• Expertise in system integration (APIs middleware batch/event-based processing).

• Experience in any of the programming languages and SQL will be an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of data models master data and retail hierarchies.

• Proven experience in large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures.

• Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI Tableau).
