Location

Kissimmee FL On-site

This is an in-office leadership role where you will work closely with survey staff field crews and other technical professionals. The on-site environment provides direct access to the team and supports strong collaboration and project execution.

Note

Candidates must hold a Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license and have at least 2 years of professional land surveying experience. This position is fully on-site in Kissimmee FL.

Job Description

• Manage surveying projects from planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate field crews survey technicians schedules workloads and project priorities.
• Oversee boundary topographic construction platting as-built and related land surveying services.
• Review survey documents for technical quality accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Provide professional review and sign and seal surveying deliverables as appropriate.
• Support and mentor survey staff while promoting accountability and technical development.
• Coordinate with clients engineers project managers and other internal teams.
• Help maintain QA/QC procedures and efficient field-to-finish workflows.
• Monitor project budgets schedules scope and overall performance.
• Utilize modern surveying technology and software including Civil 3D and GPS/GNSS workflows.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license.
• 2 years of professional land surveying experience.
• Experience with boundary topographic construction and land development surveying.
• Ability to review professional surveying deliverables and technical documentation.
• Survey project or team coordination experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong communication organization and client service skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Kissimmee FL.
