Were seeking a Survey Manager who can balance people leadership technical excellence and business operations while driving quality efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Lead and develop both office and field survey professionals
• Shape department processes technology and workflow improvements
• Oversee project delivery staffing scheduling and resource planning
• Serve as the PSM of record providing professional oversight and technical review
• Partner closely with engineering leadership and key clients
• Influence strategic decisions related to staffing operations and growth

• Active Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license
• 7 years of land surveying experience
• Prior leadership experience managing teams projects or operations
• Strong knowledge of survey production project delivery and client management
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey technologies
• Familiarity with LiDAR scanning GNSS/GPS and UAV workflows
