Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individuals relevant knowledge skills and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:

• Available on-call 24 hours a day
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Performs duties of Surveillance Supervisor or Agent when necessary
• Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Surveillance Manager
• Represents the department professionally at internal and external meetings and events
• Fosters an environment of mutual trust respect and confidence with guests and team members
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of equipment malfunctions and repairs
• Adheres to all corporate and local policies procedures and operational guidelines
• Demonstrates consistent performance in communication initiative/problem solving guest service/interpersonal relations work habits/conduct and responsible gaming/business ethics

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems
• High school diploma or GED; supplemented by technical coursework
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and related equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with all phases of gaming operations
• Proficient in the use of video equipment hand tools and related technical equipment
• PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel

CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS

• Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal state and local regulations
