Surveillance Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with guests making them feel welcome and comfortable and inviting them back.
• Ensure protection of company assets team members and guests and compliance with Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission regulations through effective installation movement and placement of surveillance equipment.
• Repair and maintain all surveillance department CCTV equipment.
• Work with outside vendors as necessary to oversee on-site work.
• Monitor casino games bank cage slots count room and all areas of property under camera coverage.
• Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information company policies and procedures and team member and guest information.
• Track and complete all government reporting.
• Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Adhere to regulatory departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations including late nights weekends and holidays; shifts may change.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

  • $24 per hour
