Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Prepares operating room and gathers all necessary supplies for surgical procedures
- Delivers surgical instruments to the surgeon and surgical team during operations
- May function as a second assistant to the surgeon during procedures
- Assists with decontamination and cleaning of the operating room supplies and instruments after surgery
- Works primarily in ENT robotics (DaVinci) and some neuro cases
- Works 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM) including every other holiday
- Participates in call rotation for weekdays weekends and possible holidays
- Requires at least 2 years of surgical tech experience
- Requires BLS (AHA) certification and high school diploma or GED
- Graduate of accredited surgical technologist program equivalent military training or 20 years of experience as a surgical tech
- Robotic (DaVinci) and neuro experience preferred
- Position based at Doctors Hospital in Columbus Ohio
