Location:Muscle Shoals Alabama 35660
Pay Rate:$48-$57 per hour
Are you an experienced nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a background in surgical services We are seeking a qualifiedSurgery Managerto lead and coordinate surgical department operations while ensuring high standards of patient care safety and clinical excellence.
Oversee daily surgical department operations schedules staffing and resource allocation.
Supervise train and evaluate nursing staff and surgical team members.
Ensure patient safety quality care and compliance with surgical protocols and infection control standards.
Coordinate with surgeons anesthesiologists nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license.
BLS certification required.
ACLS and/or PALS certification as applicable to the role.
Minimum of5 years of work experiencedemonstrating management and leadership skills.
23 years of surgery experience required.
Relocation Requirement:Candidates must be able to relocate to Muscle Shoals Alabama within 30 days.
