This position is responsible for upholding the integrity of the clubs membership experience through guest tracking policy enforcement process improvement administrative support event coordination and expert knowledge of Surf Club amenities and position reports directly to the Surf Club Manager and RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended to sit and perform administrative duties for extended to provide tours of the Surf Club and confidently highlight club amenities and to work both indoors and outdoors as operational needs ResponsibilitiesMember & Guest ExperienceInteract with members and guests in a positive courteous and professional manner in person via email and by track and facilitate member guest activity throughout the Surf guest wristbands and assist with guest access as a knowledgeable resource regarding club amenities events services and confidentiality of all member and guest in club events and activities to assist with member engagement and guest present during club operating hours and events to welcome and assist members and & Operational SupportManage and respond to guest with updating membership accounts and maintaining accurate mobile app updates and related general administrative and clerical support to Surf Club photos and content highlighting club activities events and daily weekly meetings with Surf Club and Membership leadership to discuss property updates and member additional assignments and special projects as directed by Surf Club & Process DevelopmentAssist recreation leaders in developing programs and activities that align with member interests and the creation implementation and refinement of operational processes across all departments under the Surf Club a strong understanding of all Surf Club operations and with training current and new team members on Surf Club policies procedures and service the ability to assist various operational areas under special circumstances when StandardsMaintain a professional appearance and uphold all company grooming and appearance to work on time and prepared for assigned all required training programs safety courses departmental meetings and company a safe work environment by identifying and reporting hazards and following established safety proficiency with property systems and software including Microsoft Office Canva Jonas Wrike and other operational platforms as -TimeMust be available to work a flexible schedule including:DaysEveningsWeekendsHolidaysPonte Vedra Inn & Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
