Were looking for a full-time Support Staff Medical Call Center to join us at 1304 Chinook Ln in Pueblo. Hybrid work shift may be available.

What Youd Be Doing

Under the supervision of the Support Services Director Medical Call Center Support Staff will:

• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Work hours between 7:30am and 6:30pm
• Actively engages with individuals who have both primary care and behavioral health needs.
• Manages multiple phone lines. Ensures timely and accurate connection for ongoing support.
• Verifies client payer eligibility.
• Schedules client appointments as requested.
• Completes email tasks.
• Actively meet performance measures.
• Communicate with provider teams regarding patient needs via EHR.
• Cover for other Medical Call Center staff for breaks/lunch.
• Maintains client electronic health records as needed.
• Completes other departments job requests as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor and director.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires standing sitting for prolonged periods of time
• Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
• Requires working under stress in emergency situations
• Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record data electronically and communicate with clients
• Requires frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves

• A high school/general equivalency diploma
• one year of secretarial experience
• basic computer and keyboarding skills required
• excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Knowledge of appropriate boundaries and flexibility.
• Current Colorado Driver License and access to transportation during work hours

What Wed Like to See in YouThe Nice-to-Haves

• medical support experience preferred

• Spanish language skills
