Supply Planning Analyst

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Put demand into rolling plan system on time and accurately
• Daily follow up factory production and shipping status
• Responsible for incoming plan and production plan
• Lead to summarize monthly 139 forecast
• Responsible for abnormal and overstocks materials control

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning production scheduling or demand/supply management (more for senior positions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented organized and proactive. Strong sense of responsibility ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are advantageous.
