Supply Chain Project Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing)

At ACE Thermal Systems we design engineer manufacture and support high-performance environmental control systems (ECS) and components for extreme temperature and operating conditions and reliable everyday use.

As your single source dedicated supplier for bleed air systems air conditioning systems cabin pressure control systems components and more the ACE team acts as a key extension of your team providing intelligent innovation and proven design methodologies to deliver safe reliable air control technologies and systems for aircraft.

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Project Manager will lead supply chain projects across multiple functions to ensure successful execution of departmental projects. That includes ensuring the execution of project schedules scope budget and business objectives. You will coordinate across teams supplier activities and stakeholders to support project execution supplier transitions and process improvements. While also monitoring project performance communicating progress to leadership and ensuring alignment of supply chain initiatives. You will also

• Ensure successful execution of supply chain projects within scope schedule and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Write project reporting milestone tracking and operational communication.
• Ensure successful supplier transition and first article approval activities.
• Improved operational efficiency and supply chain project outcomes.
• Effectively manage project risks issues and operational dependencies.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment supporting organizational and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Operations Engineering or related discipline preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 0-5 years of supply chain project management and/or operational experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles.
• Experience with use of Project Management practices and principles.
• Experience in Manufacturing Industrial or Electrical engineering is preferred.
• Experience in project scheduling budgeting and milestone tracking.
