Supply Chain Manager Tulsa

Job Summary
- Lead procurement material planning inventory management logistics and supplier performance for ESP products.
- Ensure the availability of critical components including motors pumps seals cables protectors sensors drives and related equipment.
- Develop supply plans that support production schedules customer orders and field-service requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships negotiations performance reviews corrective actions and development plans.
- Monitor supplier delivery quality cost capacity and responsiveness.
- Establish inventory targets safety stock reorder points and controls for critical and long-lead materials.
- Partner with engineering manufacturing quality operations sales and project management to meet customer commitments.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including shortages supplier capacity constraints transportation issues and material disruptions.
- Track supply chain performance metrics including on-time delivery inventory turns material shortages purchase price variance and expedite costs.
- Lead coach and develop purchasing planning materials and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies quality requirements ethical sourcing standards and applicable industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Assist with demand forecasting production planning capacity planning and project-specific material requirements.
- Support ERP system accuracy including bills of material item records purchase orders inventory data and supplier information.
- Prepare supply chain reports budgets forecasts and management presentations.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement Lean Manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support supplier qualification audits and quality improvement activities.
- Coordinate international sourcing import/export requirements customs documentation and trade compliance as needed.
- Assist with warehouse layout material flow inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs.
- Support business continuity and contingency planning for critical suppliers and materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications -
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management engineering business operations or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain procurement materials management or operations.
- Experience in oil and gas industrial equipment manufacturing or engineered-to-order products.
- Demonstrated experience managing suppliers purchasing inventory and production planning.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
- Proven leadership negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications -
- Experience with electric submersible pumps artificial lift systems downhole equipment or related oilfield products.
- Experience with long-lead engineered components and project-based manufacturing.
- APICS CPIM CSCP CPSM or similar professional certification.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of international sourcing import/export requirements and trade compliance.
- Experience with supplier quality programs and corrective action processes.
