Work with internal customers to link metrics and reporting to Strategic and maintain effective relationships with supply chain counterparts at the assigned customer account(s).Lead the collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment (CPFR) and/or vendor managed inventory (VMI) processes with the customer(s) and input forecast and event requirements into the Demand and execute a strategic plan to reduce costs grow revenue and develop customer intimacy aligned with business needs and priorities for customers participating in a formal collaboration Merger and Acquisition activity by identifying best practices and opportunities and implementing Fort Dearborn standards in this business processes and standard work assist to develop system solutions and validate system designs through rigorous testing of in the Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI) meetings and support KPI measures to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous to the success of the overall business by representing supply chain interests in cross-functional project teams to implement changes to business processesMentor and train team members on systems and processes as well as trading partners and groups in other business units or departmentsIdentify opportunities for improvement makes constructive suggestions for change and drive for resultsMonitor industry trends best practices and regulatory issues as they relate to specific area(s) of responsibility and shares discoveries as appropriate with direct reports and in special projects and performs other duties as :Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management EngineeringBusinessor related technical field. MBA a years experience which includes:Demonstrated comfort dealing with large demanding customers with complex distribution networksProven ability and willingness to develop relationships with customers and internal functional partnersBroad and deep experience in all aspects of supply chain planning management and analytical skills including ability to manage large amounts of data and recommend of Lean principles and tools (Kaizen Value Stream Mapping formal problem solving etc.).Ability tothink and act strategically in the business while able to focus on day-to-day operational towork effectively in a constantly changing fast paced team environmentAbility tobuild strong collaborative relationships with internal and external business partnersPrinting industry experience and/or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) specific logistics management of supply chain planning processes and tools including Demand and Supply focused with a strong service organizational and influencing skills and the ability to drive cross-functional communication (written and verbal) skills; comfortable communicating at various organizational levels and able to back-up thoughts with facts and with Excel Access other MS Office applications and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).Strong results orientation and work ethic able to work to support multiple projects with ability to meet all travel required to Company and customer locations in support of strategic initiatives and team physical demands require standing using hands to finger feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
