Shaw Industries is looking for a curious motivated student who enjoys learning how things work analyzing data and collaborating to solve complex operational challenges. What Youll Work On

• Process improvement initiatives that enhance flow reduce waste or increase throughput
• Data analysis to identify trends support decisions or improve reporting accuracy
• Operational audits and time studies to establish baseline performance
• System updates and documentation for standardized work and training
• Layout updates using tools such as CAD to reflect current operations
• Inventory and material flow reviews to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Crossfunctional projects with manufacturing logistics planning and quality teams
• Continuous improvement activities aligned with Shaws operational excellence goals

Requirements

• Minimum GPA 2.5
• Completion of at least 3 semesters of college coursework
• Fulltime student registered with your universitys coop or career services office
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Operations Management Business Analytics or a related field
