Job Summary
Primary Function of Position
The Supply Chain Digital Product Manager will report to the Source Center of Excellence Leader and will be accountable for the business ownership and delivery of defined enterprise supply chain digital product capabilities. This includes supplier collaboration platforms such as Blue Yonder E2open iValua SAP Ariba SAP and similar enterprise tools.
This role will lead assigned capabilities from discovery through implementation release adoption and continuous improvement. Working within the enterprise product vision and roadmap the Product Manager will own capability-level priorities backlog decisions business acceptance adoption outcomes and value realization. The role will lead cross-functional work across IT Source COE buyers planners suppliers and external software partners.
The purpose of this role is to deliver scalable user-centered digital capabilities that reduce manual friction improve process visibility strengthen supply continuity and produce measurable business value.
Essential Job Duties
Own one or more defined supply chain digital product capabilities throughout discovery design implementation release adoption and continuous improvement.
Lead complex cross-functional implementation workstreams establishing business outcomes scope milestones decision rights dependencies risks and delivery plans.
Translate business problems into desired product outcomes and approve product requirements user stories business rules process designs and acceptance criteria for assigned capabilities.
Own and prioritize the backlog for assigned capabilities in alignment with the enterprise product roadmap balancing business value user needs compliance risk dependencies and implementation effort.
Make capability-level trade-off decisions and escalate matters that affect enterprise architecture major investment portfolio priorities or broader product standards.
Own business acceptance and release readiness for assigned capabilities ensuring testing data and integration validation material defects controls training cutover and support readiness are addressed before launch.
Own the adoption and stabilization plan for assigned capabilities including stakeholder alignment communications user and supplier onboarding training readiness support models and post-launch feedback loops.
Establish capability-level success targets monitor adoption and product performance and lead corrective actions when expected business outcomes are not achieved.
Create and maintain user journey maps and end-to-end process designs that identify friction simplify workflows and guide capability priorities.
Manage IT and vendor delivery for assigned capabilities including commitments delivery quality risks escalations release alignment and enhancement execution.
Lead product governance and decision forums communicating priorities trade-offs status risks recommendations and decisions to business IT supplier and leadership stakeholders.
Guide analysts and workstream contributors by assigning defined work reviewing deliverables resolving ambiguity and providing coaching and direction.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 8 years of related experience with a bachelors degree 6 years with a masters degree or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience owning a defined digital product capability or leading an end-to-end enterprise software implementation from discovery through launch and adoption.
Experience prioritizing a product backlog and making trade-off decisions based on business value user needs risk compliance dependencies and delivery effort.
Strong ability to translate complex business problems into product outcomes requirements user stories process designs acceptance criteria and implementation decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional work across business teams IT suppliers software vendors and other stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong enterprise software implementation experience including data and integration readiness user acceptance testing defect resolution release planning cutover and post-launch stabilization.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to establish KPIs interpret adoption and performance trends assess value realization and drive corrective action.
Experience managing vendor or IT delivery commitments resolving escalations and maintaining alignment between business needs and technical execution.
Strong communication facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to present clear decisions trade-offs risks and recommendations to business users technical teams suppliers and leadership.
Required Education and Training
Bachelors Degree required (Business Supply Chain Information Systems Engineering Operations or related discipline) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Practical experience with digital product management enterprise software implementation business process transformation project leadership or supply chain systems.
Working knowledge of product management fundamentals Agile delivery backlog prioritization user stories requirements management user acceptance testing release management and change adoption.
Familiarity with process mapping customer journey mapping root cause analysis data analysis business case development and change management methods.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Practical knowledge of supplier collaboration procurement or planning platforms such as Blue Yonder E2open iValua SAP Ariba Coupa One Network SAP or similar enterprise tools.
Experience with SAP Tableau Smartsheet Jira Azure DevOps Planner Asana Lucid Visio Figma or comparable product data and process tools.
Experience owning supplier onboarding supplier portal adoption buyer or planner workflows purchase order collaboration forecast collaboration or supplier commit capabilities.
Certified Scrum Product Owner Pragmatic Institute Agile Lean APICS/ASCM PMP or similar certification preferred but not required.
Experience working in medical device regulated manufacturing global supply chain procurement planning or supplier management environments.

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidates qualifications consistent with applicable law.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications.
