Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead supplier management production coordination logistics and process improvement initiatives. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality systems to our customers. Youll work cross-functionally with engineering manufacturing and service teams to keep projects on track and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier relationships including pricing lead times and quality control
  • Coordinate production schedules with engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Oversee shipping receiving and inventory management
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between sales engineering and service departments
  • Support post-sale logistics and service coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
Skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Effective communication across teams and vendors
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory/scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment (preferred)
Knowledge
  • Supply chain and operations principles
  • Production coordination and logistics
  • Inventory management systems and documentation practices
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows
  • Continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to Implement
  • Execute supplier negotiations and maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional schedules and logistics
  • Monitor and optimize inventory and shipping processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
