Supply Chain Analytics Data Scientist

International has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analytics - Data Scientistto join our team!

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Data Scientist to support our Supply Chain organization through advanced data analyticsforecasting insights andstrongcross-functionalteamwork. This role will transform large and complex datasets into actionable business intelligence that improves demand planning delivery reliability supplier collaboration and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a passion for solving business problems with data enjoys working with cross-functional teams and can communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Drive data quality improvements in commodity specific demand forecasts.
• Troubleshoot and confirm Supplier forecast accuracy inquiries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect validate and analyze large datasets from multiple business systems.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify root causes and corrective actions that will avoid future production downtime and expedite costs.
• Build dashboards visualizations and automatecurrentreports using Microsoft PowerAppsCo-PilotAI andPowerBI.
• MonitorKPIperformanceto identify process gaps impactingbothcustomer satisfaction andon timedelivery performance.
• Recommend and support implementation of process improvements thatenhancedeliveryreliability andresponsiveness for top customer accounts.
• Conduct ad hocanalyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support digital transformation and analytics initiatives across theProduction and Logistics organization.
• Collaborate with Supply ChainSalesProcurementManufacturing Customer Service andFinanceteams to improve processes through data-driven decision makingand problem solving.

Success in This Role

Within the first year this individual will:

• Help improve forecasting accuracy through advanced analytics.
• Provide meaningful insights to suppliers that drive performance improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery reliability for key customers.
• Streamline reporting processes and reduce manual data analysis efforts.
• Become a trusted data partner for Production and Logistics leadership.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Data Science/Analytics Management Information Systems Mathematics Natural Science Economics Engineering or similar quantitative field and no experience

OR

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Data Science/Analytics Management Information Systems Mathematics Natural Science Economics Engineering or similar quantitative field and no experience and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment

• Qualified candidates excluding current employees must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen Legal Permanent Resident Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g. H-1B status)

• Able to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Strong in Excel and able to work with complex spreadsheets
• Commercial vehicle technical experience a plus
• Must be able to get results through influence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experienced with PowerBI
