Summary:
The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels cost etc.
Position:
- Analyze evaluate and test various Home Appliance Product Categories top symptoms and issues identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams HQ and Factories.
- KPI analysis and monitoring
- Review VOC/escalations received from the field
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis
- Exceptional presentation written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science Math or business-related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an analytics focused role
