What Youll Do

ManagesWarehouse activities includingreceipt storage management distribution and shipment of GMP materials.
Collaborates cross functionally(e.g. Manufacturing Quality SC Planning Drug Product Weigh & Dispense Raw Material Sampling) to meet needs
of production schedule and maintain a GMP state.
Oversees organizes and coordinatesdaily activitiesbetween Warehouse Raw Material Sampling Weigh & Dispense Manufacturingand Quality
Control(e.g. Warehouse Task Purchase Order Errors On Call)
Maintains and updates standard operating procedures (SOPs); assists in identifyingprocess gaps and implementing plansforimprovement
Leads cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
Responsible for work orders in Computerized MaintenanceManagementSystem (CMMS).
Provides necessary responses to alert or action limits for area equipment and monitoringwithin Validated Data System(VDS).
Management of Powered Industrial Trucks operations and safety as well as calling in service for Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)related issues.
Management of Compliance to support inspection readiness for Warehouse building ensuring team is current on training and procedures; ensures
Warehousealways remains GMP compliant.
Fosters an inclusive people-first culture by creating meaningful development plans with direct reports and conducting one-on-ones on a defined
cadence.
Leads with a safety-first mindset completes monthly safety Gemba and reportsany safety related concerns to EHS.
Administers company policies such as time off shift work and inclement weather that directly impact employee.s
Completes required administrative tasks (e.g. timecard approvals time off approvals expense reports etc.).
Coaches and guides direct reports to foster professional development
Participates in the recruitment process and retention strategies to attract and retain talent as needed.
Addresses performance gaps employee questions and concerns and partners with HR as needed for resolution.

Ability to collaborate with all departments at a site and global level
Strong communication skills for status updates escalations to management and highlighting risks.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills in addition to project management capabilities.

Advanced understanding of GMP inspection requirements safety and Warehouse operations.

Ability to effectively present information to others.
Must be flexible to support 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Basic Requirements

High school diploma with 6 years of experience; OR
Associates degree with 4 years of experience;OR
Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience; OR
Experience leading and developing people
Experience in GMP warehouse operations
Equivalent military experience

Preferred Requirements

Experience in pharmaceutical / biological manufacturing operations
Experience leading others in a pharmaceutical / biological
manufacturing facility
Experience working in a changing project driven organization
