Schedule Details

Our Security Department operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
This position is currently scheduled Tuesday through Saturday with a shift of 6:30 AM 2:30 PM.
Please note that scheduled days and hours are subject to change based on operational needs including coverage for weekends and holidays.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Patrol resort property and identify/report safety or security concerns.
• Operate and monitor security systems radios AEDs PPE and keycontrol devices.
• Maintain accurate logs for keys badges parking passes and lostandfound items.
• Provide professional serviceoriented support to guests and team members.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations and complete required documentation.
• Assign schedules posts and daily duties for Security Officers.
• Review incident reports for completeness accuracy and compliance.
• Lead shift briefings and support security training sessions.
• Assist the Director of Security with safety security and emergency preparedness training.
• Prepare incident and injury reports for Risk Management HR and Resort Management.
• Assist with trespassing issues disturbances and emergency response situations.
• Safeguard confidential and sensitive information at all times.
• Inspect resort vehicles/equipment and report deficiencies.
• Escort team members vendors and contractors through restricted areas.
• Perform key and safe assists and serve as a witness for cash drops.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies procedures and security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 35 years of security experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Guard Card and current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong communication customer service and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to respond to emergencies deescalate situations and work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Associate degree or higher.
