The Supervisor of Residential Operations (Home Manager) will model person-centered practices and ensure dignity and respect for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while serving as a supervisor for other DSPs. This role ensures high-quality person-centered services compliance with regulatory standards and effective supervision of staff. The SRO acts as a liaison between the DSP team program management and families promoting dignity independence and inclusion for all individuals served. They are responsible for the development of activities and coordination of programming and services through staff development individual support plans and collaboration under the direction of the Manager of Residential Duties70% Person Centered Care and ServicesDeliver holistic person-centered care daily care with dignity and respect and aligned with the Individual Support Plan (ISP).Provide personal care such as bathing dressing bathroom assistance or and serve meals in accordance with individual diet medication as documented under the direction (supervision) of a AbleLight electronic medical record (EMR) and human resource technology to fully ensure timely complete and objective documentation aligned with medical orders state requirements and AbleLight quality and internal procedures and enter information on service delivery documentation into the EMR system and support others through mentoring and the Individual Support Plan (ISP) maximizes the quality of life supporting engaging activities to enhance the quality of daily living individuals personal goals and spiritual general event reporting (GER) is maintained and is aligned with medical orders state compliance requirements abuse reporting court orders and AbleLight quality and internal procedures and and take individuals to medical appointments outings or to facilitate conversation between DSPs program managers families and external responsibility for all shopping-related responsibility for vehicle with interdisciplinary support teams (i.e. nursing behavior etc.) to ensure wholistic professional behavior and a strong and collaborative working partnership with all colleagues leadership PWS and parents & guardians.30% Talent & AdministrationFunction as a front-line supervisor for DSP colleagues in partnership with recommendations forward related to quality and process improvements for our employees and those we topics to the manager as DSP team schedules attendance and delegates work within the program conduct regular check-ins provide coaching feedback and mentoring for DSP team meetings and communicate organizational partnership with operational leaders human resources quality and nursing welcomes onboard and trains new colleagues and raises additional training and development needs for staff to Manager of Residential the identified residential home(s) coordinate and ensure standard operating procedures are consistently implemented including:Audit health appointments ISPs monitoring medical supplies and prescriptions and monthly facility food and supplies and allocation of receipts to house and program and enter personal funds a clean safe and healthy environment always in the a master calendar of appointments facility activities meetings for adherence to state and federal regulations (e.g. Medicaid HCBS Waiver requirements).Maintain accurate documentation for service delivery incident reports and progress compliance with ISPs and Behavior Support Plans. Conduct audits of records and correct discrepancies promptly. Participate in internal audits and accreditation processes. Six months or more leadership experience is preferred - project management team/task lead supervisor Ability to be flexible on hours and residential settings to assist colleagues and those we serve. Schedule including both direct support (program) and administrative (office) workdays rotating on-call responsibilities (evenings & weekends).Certifications Adult CPR and first aid certification if required by local agencies. Drivers license required if role involves driving others or required by state regulations.
