What Youll Do:
- Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood bodily fluids trauma scenes)
- Ensure jobs are completed safely efficiently and to high standards
- Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
- Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
- While this role does not manage peopleit leads jobs and ensures successful completion
What It Takes:
- Valid drivers license clean driving record
- Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
- 2 years of supervisory experience in restoration construction or similar preferred
- Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
- Xactimate experience
- A track record of successful community engagement and outreach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure
In this role you earn money based on the work being performed. Our teams total earnings are comprised of two ratesAdministrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
