Job Summary:
Gray Birch is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supervisor of Resident Services (CRMA) to lead our resident care team and help ensure the highest quality of care for our this leadership role you will oversee daily staffing operations support and develop team members and serve as a resource for staff residents and families. This position combines hands-on leadership with a commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care in a long-term care environment.

Job Description:

Position: Supervisor of Resident Services (CRMA)

Location: Gray Birch Augusta
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Shift: Days

What Youll Do:

  • Determines coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
  • Provides direction orientation training coaching and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
  • Ensures staff compliance with departmental organizational and regulatory policies procedures and protocols.
  • Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

What Youll Need:

  • Current Maine CRMA certification required ANDPersonal Support Specialist (PSS) required or within 120 days of hire
  • At least 2 years of CRMA experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory leadership or senior caregiver experience preferred.
  • Strong communication problem-solving organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with residents families and healthcare team members.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate high-quality care to older adults.
