Supervisor IT Technician

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies BallysBorn to Entertainphilosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
• Oversee the set of up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers printers etcetera)
• Assist the IT Manager and Director of IT in the design coordination and installation of IT solutions
• Check computer hardware to ensure efficiency
• Supervise the installation and configuration of appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
• Maintain records and logs of repairs fixes and maintenance schedules
• Identify computer shortages and place orders
• Select train and develop team members through education training coaching and corrective action
• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

• Must be available to work weekends holidays and nights as scheduled
• Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
• Frequently required to push kneel climb stoop bend and twist as well as reach overhead
• The work environment contains bright lights loud noise and stressful situations.

Starting Compensation:

• $27.00/hr
