POSITION SUMMARY The Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the program including supervision of group facilitators and client care coordinators as needed. The Supervisor provides leadership motivation and support to staff co-facilitates domestic violence offender group services when needed and ensures the integrity of the program AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSMA/MS degree in Social Services Criminal Justice or related field plus 1 year experience in working with criminal justice populations group facilitation and domestic violence is required.
