Supervisor, Inspection Pre-Processing Operations Aerospace

Position OverviewThis role supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned Inspectors by planning work and adjusting assignments to respond to changing priorities. This is a working supervisor responsible for performing inspection duties as part of the team and serves as a subject matter expert for the rest of the are also responsible for the selection training and performance management of team members. Supervisors are expected to ensure that a safe and orderly work area is maintained and to ensure team compliance with Company customer and regulatory requirements.
