Job Summary
The Customer Service Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering Modern Aviations signatureexceptional serviceto every guest entering the facility. This role oversees the daily performance of the Customer Service team while activelyparticipatinginfront lineservice delivery. The Customer Service Supervisor sets the tone for professionalism hospitality and operational excellencemanaging customer requests calmly and effectively even inhigh pressuresituations and ensuring that every interaction reflects Modern Aviations brand standards.
Customer Service Operations & Service Delivery
- Coordinateaircraftservices including fuel orders hangar storage and transientparking
- Arrange customer services such as hotels catering ground transportation and other specialrequests
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for customer questions concerns and servicerecovery
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with local vendors (hotels restaurants catering partners rental car companies transportation providers)
- Ensure lobby presentation standards aremaintained including amenities materials and customersupplies
- Process customer invoices andassistwith billing accuracy andtimeliness
Supervisory Responsibility
- Monitor and support the daily performance of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
- Serve as a primary resource and point of guidance for CSRs during assigned shifts
- Assistwith onboarding training and development of new Customer Service team members
- Provide front desk coverage as needed including coverage for call outs or staffinggaps
- Establish clear expectations and reinforce service safety and professionalism standards
Administrative Billing & Reporting Support
- Oversee daily and closing reports related to customer serviceactivity
- Assistwith billing invoicing and accounts receivablesupport
- Assistwith monthly tenant reports and weekly fuel pricing
- Ensureaccuratedocumentation andtimelycommunication with managementregardingcustomer service issues ortrends
Safety Compliance & Flexibility
- Exercise sound judgment consistent with company policies standard operating procedures and safetyregulations
- Maintain professionalism and composure infast pacedtime sensitiveenvironments
- Performadditionalduties as assigned bymanagement
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Must be at least 18 years ofage
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
- Must have open work availability as work schedules may vary including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previouscustomer service experience
- Intermediatecomputerproficiency
- Ability to maketimelydecisions using soundjudgment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Negotiation and basic sales aptitude
