Supervisor Clinical Informatics

The Supervisor of Clinical Informatics is responsible for the day-to-day leadership coordination and supervision of the Clinical Informatics team. This position provides operational oversight staff support work assignment and issue resolution while maintaining the ability to perform all functions of the Informatics Nurse role. The Supervisor serves as a clinical and technical resource for informatics staff nursing & operational leaders providers and Information Systems teams to support the effective use adoption optimization and implementation of clinical technology solutions.

The Supervisor collaborates with clinical operational and technical stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritization and execution of informatics work supports organizational technology initiatives and promotes standardization efficiency quality and patient safety across clinical systems and workflows.

Schedule:

• Full time 80 hours every two weeks St. Cloud
• Day shift 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $104124.80 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience

• Salary range: $104124.80 - $156187.20 per year

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in nursing required Masters degree in Nursing Informatics or other related programs preferred
• 5 yearsat a minimum of clinical and/or operational experience required
• 3 yearsat a minimum of informatics experience required
• Epic system application specific proficiency required within one year of hire
• Demonstrated experience supporting clinical systems workflow optimization and stakeholder engagement required
• Registered Nurse (RN). Current licensure in the State of Minnesota required
• Nursing Informatics Board Certification (NI-BC)Nursing Informatics Certification issued by the American Nursing Credentialing Center required within 3 years of hire
• Previous leadership supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Experience supporting Epic and related healthcare technologies preferred
• Experience leading technology implementations workflow redesign and organizational change initiatives preferred
• Strong communication coaching project coordination and relationship management skills
