Job Summary
Supervisor needed for full-time role in Cape May NJ.
Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday (flexible schedule)
In this role you will oversee the daily operations of an adolescent residential program helping to create a safe structured and supportive environment for youth. Responsibilities include supervising residential staff managing schedules and coverage providing training and performance evaluations collaborating with the treatment team and ensuring compliance with program policies and regulations. Youll also play an active role in supporting youth as they work toward treatment goals develop life skills and engage in recreational and educational activities.
