We areseekingan experienced and independently licensed (LCSW LMHC LMSW LMHC-D) clinician with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as aSupervisingClinician!

TheSupervisingClinicianwill provide clinical supervision to ourBehavior SupportSpecialists.OurBehavior Support Specialistsprovidepsychoeducation and rehabilitative support in a clients home for the purpose of treating youths behavioral health needs. Weutilizemultiple evidence-based practices that promote families strengths!TheSupervisingClinicianwillbe responsible forthe management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatmentplans. TheSupervisingClinicianwill carry a case load as well as supervising theBehavior Support Specialist.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related human services field

• Independent NY state licensure isrequiredfor this LMSW LMHC-D

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children youth adolescents and families in a home or community setting

• Proficient with supervision servicedeliveryand case management fundamentals

• Experience in quality management preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiencywith computers including Microsoft Office

• Valid drivers license

• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

• Access to secure internet required.

Compensation:

• Full Time - $75000 - $80000
