Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily field operations and construction activities
- Manage foremen crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Project Managers owners inspectors and stakeholders
- Maintain schedule quality safety and regulatory compliance
- Resolve field and constructability issues
- Oversee project documentation and reporting
- Operate company vehicles as required
Requirements:
- 10 years of construction experience as a Superintendent
- 5 years of water treatment plant construction experience
- 5 years of wastewater treatment plant construction (25 MGD)
- 5 years as a General Superintendent on major facility projects
- Contractor-side experience required
- Valid Drivers License
