About the Role

Superintendentplans supervises and executes construction on industrial projects ensuring asafe orderly and efficient jobsite. Working closely with the Project Managerthis role leads subcontractor coordination and field staff and helps Winter winnew work by delivering projects clients want to recommend.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all field operations on industrial projects maintaining a safe clean and efficient job site
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and near-term planning and help develop and update project schedules
• Inspect work and materials for quality manage water management and run a continuous punch process
• Maintain daily reports and as-builts review subcontractor pay applications and track field budget items
• Supervise and train Assistant Superintendents and field staff and support the Project Manager with buyout and scopes of work

Qualifications

• 5 years of superintendent or assistant superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience on ground-up industrial projects (warehouse distribution or manufacturing)
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling quality control and subcontractor coordination
• Experience supervising field staff
• OSHA 30 certification
