Were looking for:

Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.

Experience as lead Superintendent on light industrial ground-up and renovation projects (warehouse distribution centers food & beverage cold storage etc.)

Proficiency in Safety Management Quality Control & Field Coordination.
